Seriously.
Eight years ago, Mitsubishi did exactly what a lot of mortgage lenders did and the results were the same.
1. Gave loans to people who shouldn’t have gotten them.
2. Set an adjustable rate on that loan so those people COULD afford them for a short time. (Mitsu had 1 year no interest, no payments. Banks [...]
